He has a great deal of experience in software development and project management across a broad spectrum of technology platforms. Russell is the founder of eSoftware Associates and his duties entail managing the overall direction of the company, engaging project managers, maximizing online business opportunities and maintaining relationships with his clients.

Jon has worked as a lead developer on a fixed income trading desk of a top investment bank in New York for over 10 years. He is an expert in server side Java development, real-time systems, middleware integration, service-oriented architecture, and keeps himself current on the most recent break-through technologies. He has extensive experience in dealing with "soup-to-nuts" projects that require completion within a small timeframe without sacrificing performance or reliability.
